Obviously everyone who says never is exaggerating or lying but you know that.

An over-exaggerated example of this would be a market selling 4 properties in 2020 and 8 properties in 2021 realizing a 100% growth year over year.

To me, many of the claims are greatly exaggerated, but that's another story.
