In fact, I sometimes think the tools make it harder for people to buy because they spend too much time analyzing, looking for the perfect deal, or trying to match the results of some guy on YouTube that probably exaggerates his results.

I’m not sure that now is the time to go meet w a “guru” and “give it a try”While there is a vein of truth in the risks eviction moratorium poses to a landlord, it very much keeps getting over exaggerated especially in how you described Matt of when you walk by you wonder if that tenant is paying rent or in arears.
