Hey BP community, I'm going to be walking through a commercial property in a downtown area that has potential to be a flip and hold.

Then their is the gigantic apartment for sale on Carroll but that is a no fly zone for me.Combine this with my post from the other thread on too much A-Class inventory coming on line right now and I think it would be wise to really sit down and figure out real exposure to risk before buying any multifamily around downtown or Notre Dame right now.Edit: The above was super negative!

It's located 3 minutes from downtown in a city with a large fortune 500 presence. 5 minutes from the local university, great hospitals, etc.

Public Transit takes you to/from the airport, downtown, Mercedes Benz Stadium, Coke Factory, GA Aquarium and a few other cool places.

Mostly in the Plaza District down town OKC but also in Edmond.

We are currently redeveloping 2-4 unit multifamily in Downtown Phoenix and having my girlfriend self manage as AirBnBs.

I have only lived in this area for 10 years, and spend most of my time across the border in Juarez where I manage a production factory, so I am sure there are folks with much better knowleadge than I, but so far from my research, the Northeast, lower valley, and central/downtown portion of the city seem to have the most multi-family opportunities. 

Every Third Thursday of the month (16th is our next one) at 6:30 at my co-working building in downtown Allentown (40 S 5th St.)

It is located near downtown Durham NC and it seems every flip i see in the area has the kitchen relocated to the front, and seems to be the expectation around here.
