I've done hundreds of transactions as an investor and can tell you that we are hands-down the fastest and least expensive in Georgia and just about every other state we service. 

I have an SBA loan on that one and it only cash-flows me a few hundred dollars a month.  

So I hope I can save a few hundred that way. 

I think its dumb to be hundreds of dollars under water for a drawn out, sustained periods.
