There is more to it than reading something on the internet, and while I have dressed out a lot of game and a lot of cattle in my youth, I would not begin to tell people I could operate on them.

I don't think is temporary and I don't think it will change at least for this decade, is not just the lack of jobs (Also brain drain), high crime & the people who is not happy with the "dressed colony" political status.

Yet I tell you, not even Solomon in all his splendor was dressed like one of these.

But I am not the agent who wears a dress or heels or even makeup to meet with clients.  

I've found that if I drag myself out of bed, shower and get dressed professionally to go to my office (now the next bedroom) will help me get the work vibe going.

Do you want to provide a facility for higher functioning seniors ("walkie-talkies"as they are still able to walk & talk, with or without mild dementia, level 1) or those requiring higher level care (assistance with feeding, dressing, bathing, getting in and out of bed - those with advanced dementia and multiple medical issues, level 2-3 thus requires higher rent)?

The realtor that I work with primarily dresses in dress slacks and wears a button down shirt with a tie. 

They all drive new cars and dress nice that sometimes makes me feel I am in the wrong business here in Vegas..

You need a full length mirror, dress as you will for work.
