Now, if you have some strip center deal or local motel or café by a local developer, you might bark about your property's attributes as to alternative uses or advantages, I'm not seeing that with Kroger.I mentioned the moving expenses and you may get salvage rights if you want to mess with it, there can also be living expenses and costs involved with having to move or loss of employment depending on what you do.I've probably taken more properties by eminent domain than anyone on here, not sure if we have any Realtors or others that have represented economic development concerns.

You should put it in a limited liability vehicle - generally the LLC is the preferred method as the tax attributes can be allocated to the members with flexibility.

I'm sure they'll tell you that search can be a tough technical cookie when you start talking about indexing lots of data and customers like me starting asking for more complex search queries.I recommend checking out ElasticSearch or  Amazon CloudSearch to take on the challenge of powering the BP search if they haven't already.That said, here is a list of sorting attributes that I think would make the search results more powerful: VisitsPopularity (derived from several attributes you guys can define)Number of Votes# of RepliesI think those facets combined with the existing timeframe, user, and forum filters would really help BP users find the most relevant and helpful posts to them.Count me in for the beta testing.
