Renting out houses in the country? More interest, and more rent?
I'm just starting out in this "hobby." But I would like everyone's opinion.
It seem's like %80 percent of the people I know that live in town, want to live in the country.
Would buying houses outside of city limits make people want to rent out my houses more? And also can I ask more for rent per month because I have what everyone wants?
