Are there any PMLs who will pre-qualify you so that you can pull the trigger (with their approval) ASAP?   

I will give the REIreply skip tracing a try just to see the quality, but since I cold call as well I will probably stick to batchleads and their mobile and voice numbers.

Or getting the loan approved? 

Some repairs would be approved automatically, others would get run by me for the "OK" first.Does this make sense?

Looking back, I'm not sure how I kept up.A few years ago I got into mobile home parks and ran hard with that.

I'm considering mobile homes since there are quite a few parks around this area.

It includes a 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom ranch house along with a private street hosting a small mobile home park with 5 units. 

The airport has been approved for a very expensive, long duration upgrade.  

They then wait until July 23rd to tell me that they want me to be employed in my field for a year before final approval, closing was supposed to be the 26th, thankfully the seller accepted a continuance until August 19 as I would pass the 1 year mark on the 14th.

WE hit it off and shortly there after we are approved for a 3 mil dollar LOC for new builds and went on to do about 8 projects together plus 5 in FLA.
