It is too easy to just put the house on the MLS and sit back and wait....sometimes this works and sometimes it doesn't.....but to only do this is just dumb.I would take charge of your listing, wven if you use a Realtor.

An applicant applied for our rental and the company the applicant works for is paying for the rent.

Now when you approach your tax professional you will know the scope of work that is required.
