Skillbridge for Real Estate Investor/Agent

Hi, I’m retiring from the Air Force and interested in a skillbridge internship in the North Santa Batbara/South San Luis Obispo County areas.  I have a basic knowledge of real estate 2 home purchases/rahabs (NM & CA) and 1 sale in CA. That makes me an expert to my friends and a novice in this group. I am eager to learn and looking for a path to my license during skillbridge and to shadow an Agent/Investor.  Any information on a lead would help.
