Great cash flows in Springfield (Ohio) market with a VERY strong rental demand.

I am going to be moving to Springfield Ohio within the next month or two to be closer to my girlfriend who goes to a college nearby.

The issue is that most of this asset class is either located in Springfield / Riverside / San Marco which are great neighborhoods, but they come at a much higher price point, or they are located in war zones.

Brighton/Farmington/Rochester/Springfield.

Does anyone have any insight into what rents are in Springfield, or how long it takes to fill a rental in the area?

Buying my first 2 duplexes this month (one today and one mid November) in Springfield and Riverside areas.

My cousin recently started medical residency in Springfield, IL and the houses there are cheap enough that I can buy them in cash (which is important for me since due to religious reasons I can't get a loan/deal with interest.)
