Many of us get frustrated self managing and seek a property manager for various reasons.For me, it was a combination of problem tenants for one of my properties, then a few months later I moved across the country and came to the conclusion that hiring a full time PM would be my best course of action to maximize efficiency on my properties.

Amidst the process with house 3 I find another wholesale property on 5 acres in the country and i love it.

This has been happening around the country. 

Many people in this country love NOT to pay taxes --- who doesn't. 

I have a close friend who has been advising me but has been out of the country for a few weeks.

Again, it's not Vegas, cost of living here is MUCH higher, it's the 6th most expensive housing market in the country.

Any of you live outside the U.S  or have experience on countries where the dollar stretches' the most, Im biased in Bolivia, SA, because my family is from there , im fluent in spanish and been visiting on/off since i was a child, longest time i stayed there was 1yr.

Eventually the markets around the country will balance out and the flow will slow.

Left, Right or center...the facts are that it's HOT in many areas of the country.

I think property values are fairly stable and cash flow is easier to find than many other places in the country.
