Your success is much more influenced by how well you play in a market, how good your team is, than by picking a marginal better market.

Furthermore, this rule may be disregarded as investors become more creative.For instance, if investors intend to buy and make a long-term hold play, betting on appreciation, they may be able to afford to pay more.

You are just making profit from the yield play.  

Or are they generating leads under they're brand name and sending them to your crm?

Lots of people focus on "SEO" to get new leads first... but really the only SEO anyone should focus on first is ranking well for your company name and brand searches (like "[your company] reviews").

You will need to really start playing the long game though and focus on securing assets that have good underlying fundamentals as you will need to get more creative with the financing if you want to keep moving quickly.

Andrew I am certain most of that inventory was condos there were whole brand new high rises were maybe 10 units got sold and then NOthing..
