Each lock is operated by (4) AA batteries. 

Utility costs were kept low in large part due to using battery powered equipment when and where possible. 

I called several PM's and could not find any under 30-35%, so unless you are super familiar with the town rules and regulations, have a rock solid trustworthy housekeeping crew and local handyman to fix things (most HK's won't even change a light bulb for you, or batteries, so you need a handyman or PM type person), I don't see how you can make a profit unless you self manage.

The tenant sees this and moves on to newer places for the top market rent they are paying.Now you have tons of repairs and reconditioning costs to land a tenant again and months of lost rent.The investors I know with lots of doors buy with the goal in mind of having a great deal with rents in the middle of the market.

Cameras are hardwired so no batteries to need replacing.

Also, Delta faucets are easier to repair, and you can actually buy parts for them.Shower/tub faucets and valves- we go with Delta here too.Per City code, we have to have fire extinguishers in the kitchens, mounted on the wall near the stove and smoke detectors with 5 year batteries. 

Buy the new lithium battery smoke detectors they are twice as much cost but the batteries last over 10 years instead of 1 .

Nothing to fail, no batteries.....

We won't have any problems straightening it out, but this entire expense is going to probably cost thousands in lost rents, legal fees, reconditioning the house, vacancy, etc.
