For renting,i would kindly ask you to help me find a property management company4. the refinance part would probably be the tricky part, as i am not sure where to refinance the house in the endConclusion:i am truly an open minded family guy, so i am welocme to anybody who can come and say: HEY Stefan, Come to Bradenton, FL, the rehab guy is xxxxxx and the real estate agent  is yyyyyyy, for a refinance this lady xxxxx from Bank of America will do the magic and rents will take care the property management company called xxxxxSimple as that isn't it?

With that being said, the market could trade flat for the next 12 months, America gets back to work sooner than later and we do not see a material pull back in values which will help support the performance.Performance of the lower LTV bridge on income properties I think will perform better.

A Bank of America spokesperson separately told Business Insider that, "Bank of America is deferring mortgage payments on a monthly basis until the crisis is over."

I was going to set up the tenant with e-check on the first and then use my Bank of America's bill pay to send a check to the owner for there payment. is this how you guys do it?

If America is back to work by mid April then this is probably not a huge deal. 

They will cause the landlords temporary pain, accrue late fees and back rent, and eventually when America reopens, get evicted, sued, and have their credit ruined.In that third case, a minority of landlords are being forced to basically donate free housing to the very worst behaving tenants.
