Greetings,

I am looking for an example Property Management Agreement this would be used in Maryland. I am close to closing my first deal and just realized I have every license and other form but that one prepared so I need to get on the ball and yes I am trying to save some $$ during this whole COVID-19 virus thing. Also if you don't mind what do you charge the firs mount and what percentage a month after the rent around here is about $800/month for a 3br. 1ba. I was going to set up the tenant with e-check on the first and then use my Bank of America's bill pay to send a check to the owner for there payment. is this how you guys do it? Let me know. Thanks,
