The other ones I've seen are all fluff, and no reality.As for the Montelongo's, I've heard some similar accusations about houses "selling" on the show but still having a for sale sign in the yard a year after the show is over.

However I would argue that anyone serious about FIRE, has become even more serious about it once they witness a global pandemic like this that can suddenly cause serious financial stress on the entire world.

You can never go wrong with mirroring and a simple accusation audit , followed by getting all the "No"'s out in the open before trying to send out an offer

It seems you feel the same way about people within RE investing and are choosing to make a blanket statement/accusation because of that.This does not give you the authority to pick arbitrary profit margins and call anyone that doesn't stick to your number's unethical or predatory.
