Best to stay indoor, no physical socializing, wash your hands and avoid touching things outside the home. 

It's even recommended that delivery boxes be left outside for two days, then picked-up with gloved hands, placed in a plastic trash bag, sealed, thrown away, followed by hand washing. 

Bring some gloves, so you can close doors after they leave and wash your hands.

Many people come here from out of state.All but one of my longterm rentals have paid rent (at least this month).Taking this time to wash the boat and jet skiis and move the boat back down to the dock.So far so good.Seems NY and other places are leveling off as other places are getting worse.Hoping for the best.

We have an order in for a new washing machine unit, and it had arrived here in Houston, but was dinged up, so they returned it instead of delivering, and due to supply issues, it will be late May before they can guarantee another one.

Sounds like you are at risk of an electrical fire, plus tenants should be able to wash and dry their clothes if the appliances are in the lease. 

Everyone else buys a mask washes their hands & life continues.

Completely washed down all the walls and ceiling and painted.

I think this event will make people more responsible (savings/rainy day funds will be taken seriously) and healthier (people will actually wash their hands and stay away from people who show symptoms of a cold or flu).
