Brian Graybow Co-op Community Unit Finance Options
23 January 2016 | 5 replies
We allow unit renting, owners could do a rent-to-own arrangement, and we have a few bungalows the community owns dedicated to renting out during the summer.Given this unique arrangement I am leaning towards the community being open to having a bank be a partial owner by purchasing the buyer's shares, and over time allocating the # of shares allowed to the buyer instead of the bank after payment, but that's also assuming we can find an entity willing to put money in!

With the larger units I can develop redundancies in management, materials, etc. and the property can afford a dedicated team. The smaller units might throw off the same return (for an example 10%) but the income amount is smaller so you are looking for an experienced person who is great with people and your investment which is like finding a unicorn :)If you do decide to invest here you can email, call or text me and if I can point you in the right direction that is what BP is for.BP has helped me a ton.

Will F. Collective Office Workspace?

I assume the major things we'd have to do is design and furnish a usable workspace-- wifi, desks, copy/fax/etc, coffee, conference room I was trying to decide if it's better to rent dedicated spaces for more or just have a lower price and make the rates similar to a "gym membership"modelIt would be in the Los Angeles area.
