Public transportation for getting around Long Island is not great, but you can save a lot if you can do with 1 car between the 2 of you.  

I had been driving a crappy car and eventually ditched that for public transportation.

Many companies have transportation and processing plants in Lakeland, Publix is based out of Lakeland. 

The CoreLogic report also makes an interesting claim that Denver's unemployment rate will soar because "A large share of Denver jobs are in industries that have suffered as a result of Covid-19, such as mining, logging, and construction and trade, transportation and utilities."

Additionally, Warwick is a transportation hub with train station, airport, and centrally located, easy highway access.  

Proximity to schools and public transportation stops come into play for some people.
