It's something I've never understood.

A population decline for the last 6 years is something that should be understood before investing.

My lender knows what I do very well, so he understood the model and where I was coming from.

I've read several books when I decided to this and I've seen it mentioned a couple of times but thank you for your explanation coz I didn't understood it at first but you explained it well. 

It is understood that sometimes parts need to be ordered. 

I think every state may be different, if CA if you're acting as a principle without representing anyone, from what I understood you don't have to disclose , correct me if i'm wrong

The moment I understood he was an investor is the moment I educated myself as if I was the Real Estate Investor.
