And if you invested all this time energy and effort differently, say in financial generation activities vs lobbying for pity, interestingly enough, ya wouldn't need the pity party because would have the financial stream to "self-solve" your issues.

There are plenty of successful ones outside of the theme park cooridor, but if that is where you are looking, they are typically...Guard gated, beautifully landscaped, have a clubhouse with lazy river, volleyball, tennis, multiple pools, game rooms, nail salons, restaurants/tiki bars, fitness centers, movie theaters and more.

For tenant replacement, the more specialized/specific use the property is (former supermarket, movie theater, manufacturing) the longer it will take to fill with a new tenant.

This development stretches from 8th avenue up to 11th avenue on the east side of Colorado Blvd.This area started off by tearing down several buildings back in 2015 to make way for a new AMC movie theater, several bars and restaurants, a coffee shop, brand new apartments, and much more!

If it's families that want a safe place then I'd be looking at either a theater style room or games.For the title, I'd emphasize the safety of the neighborhood and other characteristics - "trendy" "walkable" "5 mins to downtown"
