Key Management Options on Multifamily
Hello all,
I'm setup to buy a small multifamily in a few weeks (a 4 plex) and am curious what options people use to manage keys to the general spaces and to units. What I've seen online is some people change out keys, but that seems to have some risk as the former renters could copy keys to the house and get into the general area after they leave. Another more expensive option is to have a keypad with multiple pins, that would cost more to setup and batteries would need to be changed too.
Let me know what you do, thanks!
Jeffrey
