Yardi already aggregates the data of its subscribers and packages it as Yardi Matrix...It’s just a matter of time before it becomes a more widespread practice.

My thought there is if they are trying to earn my business during a trial period but don't respond to very basic usage questions, what kind of customer service will I receive as a subscriber.

I am getting emails when I get votes or mentions but I am not getting emails for the forum post I have subscribed to, is any one else having this problem?
