Perhaps higher-paid employees would like to buy rentals and rent primarily to other families in their company.I have a staff list with many work phone numbers and work e-mails for both companies, so I can cold call and e-mail individuals directly.

The other thing is that I’m looking for properties where we can add a decent amount of value (30-50k in rehab) but have mostly found an overwhelmingly amount of newer properties.

All to often many companies struggle with how to “implement” and train staff and don’t have the resources or tools to manage the amount of properties in their portfolio and maintain the level of service needed/expected.
