Hey guys, What is your opinion of the best way to meet new Investors, Builders, and Real Estate folks in the Southern CA area, and if anybody knows of any good real estate meetings or groups for networking and meeting new investors and real estate entrepreneurs, I would love hear what you guys recommend.

A a county employee she didn’t pay in to social security and as a small business owner I paid very little.

The area where I dont have detailed time logs is prospecting / relationship building for my real estate business which is 100% SOI, Social media posts/stories, attending social events, networking events, friend/family events, etc.Side note...we have no kids so time to do both jobs is abundantly available.

Also, due to KC mayor creating this ordinance, which to highlight and summarize includes:bans discrimination against tenants based solely on:"-Source of income from an occupation, including gig work or paying rent in cash-Use of public programs like Section 8 Housing Choice Vouchers, disability checks, or social security-Poor credit score-Prior evictions and alleged damages older than 12 months (less than 12 months can be a basis for denial)-Prior convictions or arrests (sexual and violent crimes are excepted, a landlord can still deny based on these convictions)-The ordinance also requires the city to proactively scan for rental ads using discriminatory language like “no Section 8” or “no past evictions”.

I would encourage you to start advertising yourself as a local investor on every social media platform you have access to.

I suggest utilizing all the tools at your disposal on the BP website, listening to podcasts, following investors on social media, and watching YT videos.
