However, I’m hesitant now because I’m concerned that the tenants may not follow proper hygiene and social distancing protocols which would heighten the risk of exposure especially if one of them gets infected.Which brings up a reasonable question;If you decide to try this, would you include these concerns in your house rules and on a more sensitive note, would you require your tenants to be vaccinated to qualify?

Rates for 203Ks, just like any other mortgage, are credit score sensitive. 

Pretty easy to get a quote and see how the numbers play out (you won't have to provide sensitive info or get your credit pulled). 

I would ask the sponsor to see sensitivity analyses based on moving interest rates and sale cap rates.  

This works OK for relatively static and simple investments like a private placement or crowdfund, but can become rather cumbersome and expensive with a more time sensitive and transaction intensive asset such as a rental property.

Not everyone is as highly sensitive to noise pollution than I.  

I think this guy might be super-sensitive to this - stuck at home because of COVID, going stir crazy, etc. - and by how he communicates, may even have some mental health issues.How should I handle this?
