My advice on choosing the platform you hang your license with should be based on your exit strategy...and what you need to fund that exit strategy!

There are software platforms available now.

My guidance is always to first determine your exit strategy and then reverse engineer into the resources you need, and the platform that provides them, in order to achieve your goal. 

Different platforms are popular in different areas. 

Once we figured that out, we then found the best platform given our goals, to build our business on top of. 

There are lots of places but I only have to make the following manual inputs and the platforms will list them for me on all platforms:Must have:Zillow.

My advice if you could build a small team with payment of 50% or some sort of percentage of your spreads as payment .8 director of your marketing campaigns it will be that employees job to buy things like the Deal Automator that makes marketing easier and more consolidated and less all over the place Carry what did Deal Automator does is take all tools you need as an REI and consolidated into one platform

There are some of the new online lending platforms that might work, but again I think probably what they will charge you vs what you might make is not a good option.
