Lebron owned a couple $20 mil mansions here even when he was playing for Cleveland There is a lot of big money investing here now especially in and around the downtown area .

Our family owns an amazing custom Spanish courtyard mansion in Castle Rock Colorado on a 5 acre lot for the past 20 years.

I don't have a mini-mansion.

Owning rental properties you can't keep up and owning 3 cars and Ann mansion is not the way to get out from under financial problems. 

Within a 30 mile radius are cheap row houses to million dollar mansions.

Anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law.Frankly, I assume that everyone who contacts me is a "tester" and I'm alway conscious  of making sure that I treat them the same as anyone else - even if it's a Section 8 renter who wants to buy a mansion.

If you can imagine, living in a place that will buy you a literal mansion of sorts for $500,000 and only being a 45 minute train commute to work.  

You could sell a 50 unit apartment building in the Midwest and buy a mansion on the beach in Florida, or a 1280 acre farm…
