Direct Mail to Low Income Area Absentee Owners?
I would like to start direct mail marketing to absentee owners. Within a 30 mile radius are cheap row houses to million dollar mansions. I have recently purchased in low income area for over 3% rent of purchase price. My instinct is to look for more 3%+ rent deals but I see the advantage of flip/wholesale deals in better areas.
Budgeted for 7 months, 1000 pieces month
tl;dr Is it worth the return to direct mail absentee owners of low income housing that will return 3%+ rent to purchase price?
