Hey Man, I am not sure on the book you have, but that sector of the biz is alive an well!

The rate of growth is not evenly spread with some sectors faring better than the others.One of the effects of an upward looking economy is reflected in the rise in mortgage rates.

I am speaking to the commercial real estate sector (triple net and multifamily) exclusively.Business is as good as it has ever been.Data means more when you drill down to the local markets and asset type you are investing in or helping people transact.

I install quality where it matters - central air, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, quality cabinetry and fixtures, parking and outside leisure area.

I get tired of hearing people sell leisure as a life purpose and "passive income" is the easiest, laziest way to fund their playboy lifestyle.

There is also a lot less regulation in terms of deal making in the commercial sector.  

Under his leadership and guidance, MADE SPA, an organization established in the 1800s by his forefathers, continues to win construction contracts both in the private and the public sector.

I would be interested to know more about Central Valley, though would hesitate to invest somewhere with an economy based mostly on one sector, particularly a sector that I know nothing about like agriculture... 

It's great that you've found someone that has a focus in the real estate sector.

Hopefully that pushes alot more private money into the real estate sector :)
