This is something I’ve been inquiring about about for a few months.

Most people that are going to reserve to stay at your property will “book it now” no questions asked.Our experience is that if they inquire with a question, it’s about a 50% chance they book.  

I called them last week to inquire about a possible forbearance, but I also asked them why I could not remove the payment off auto-pay on their website as I was just curious (their website blocked me from doing so). 

I did the work, stabilized the rentals and now have a nice little asset that I constantly get inquires from other investors begging me to sell it to them at 4x what I am into it for.

My wife went on their website today to inquire as I’m now out of work.

Who should I contact to inquire about this at a bank? 

In addition to multiple month long inquires I received asking for a discount beyond the 40% off monthly rate that had posted at time (no more), the stories aligned to the inquiry made no sense.

I would suggest working with local market experts and inquiring with others who have invested in the areas themselves.
