I’m not here to get rich quick and make a lot of noise, Im only here to learn from those of you who have been down this road, and to teach others what I’ve learned, while adding value whenever I can in whatever way I can.

I'd say after about 3 months or so your going to miss grinding.

I desperately want to scale homes in WA state so that I can quit my daily grind and try and make money doing what I love. 

It turned out we were right to take the course we did when we compare what happened to the kids in the neighborhood that went off to public school.It was expensive, it slowed down our investing in real estate and it made for a grind at times.

I'm worried my tenant won't last long there as the neighbors have already complained about the kids making too much noise.

It's a tough grind, high taxes, sketchy tenants, high water bills, lack of parking & tough permit enforcement for rehabs.

But it sounds like you have the right mindset to grind through that and start investing.

You can end up with hum noises on audio equipment.
