This comes way late but how did you TIC cash buyers for your property?

We just recently finished a project where the 960 units were arranged together as duplexes out in Yucaipa.

Thank you for the advice Yes, you can always cash out refinance the property after you finish the rehab/reno. 

CA can and is the 500k to 2mil or more depending on the location  jurisdiction etc etc.. of course small plats are not that much.. but if you need to do an EIR ( Environmental Impact report) we were paying 200 to 300k for those back in the late 80s..

Reminds me of the late 70’s early 80’s when the National Association of Realtors declared that within the next 10 years 50% of the homes sold in the U.S. would be some form of attached housing.  

How long do you have to wait if the renters are late on their rent before you’re allowed to file an eviction notice here in Utah?

As a GC I can advise try to retain control of your finishing material orders (anything where you need to make a choice ((tile, flooring, lites, faucets, tubs)) vs. construction materials (2x4s, mortar, shingles)) because we get those discounts on the finishing items and we keep them!
