Fast forward to my junior year in high school - my parents had divorced, my sister had gotten pregnant and dropped out of school, and my father moved away to battle addiction.

@Nick RutkowskiThanks for replying and yeah actually I’m going to have a friend who’s father is a successful real estate guy mentor me through the process hopefully but do you have any suggestions on how I would be able to get into real estate no money down ( other than closing fees).

I generally work in rentals, but my father has some land that I want to help him develop.

Started with a big firm, then moved to an independent now with a father and son team. 

Married, father of two young boys. 

My father told me that my family was planning on selling it when the time came because none of his siblings had the money to buy it.The house is located in Highland, California.

So me and my wife have an opportunity in which her father is basically giving/letting us run and manage his rental property in Mobile,Alabama (mid town 36606).

I remember the old days standing with other father's (who unlike me actually had a JOB) watching our kids play high school soccer.

My father also uses it in his rentals.

My father is a residential home contractor, and I have worked for him and learned the trade since I was old enough to walk.
