My name is Jarod Lawver. I'm 29 years old and have always had a strong passion for real-estate. My father is a residential home contractor, and I have worked for him and learned the trade since I was old enough to walk. I am to the point in my life where I have began buying, selling and renting real-estate. My niche is finding deteriorated properties and using my capabilities to renovate them and build equity. I recently have hired employees to help renovate and manage properties, which is a whole new learning experience for me. Business has been good - but I want it to be better! I am young, and by no means "know it all," so my purpose of joining this site is to gain knowledge by meeting and reading posts by experienced investors.
