That provides a buffer for the tenant and it enables you to monitor whether your tenant is actually a problem or if someone is exaggerating the situation.I would also ensure any renter is given a printed or electronic copy of the HOA rules.

I don't think it's an exaggeration to say that almost no one travels to Hawaii with their own vehicle (I do know a Coast Guard family stationed there for 2 years that did take their own vehicle).
