I want to start investing into section 8 housing, and I have heard a lot when it comes to cost segregation and the effect that it can have on one's taxes throughout the year. 

We are looking to put our house up as an AirBnB while we deploy and all of my research hasn't yielded much fruit.

The net effect is that the money is out for less than 30 minutes in almost all cases (exception would be end of month when the title company has in influx of deals, but we're also in an ABA with them so we tend to get taken care of very quickly even during those times).3.

What you ask is an unbelievably general question and not likely to be fruitful as so many people have interests in different asset classes, etc.

This scenario is extremely common and while I exaggerated numbers for effect, I have had this conversation with clients and their CPAs and the client is usually surprised when you put the numbers on paper. 

Most effective action as shared above is to replace the full roof.

So in effect, yes, you have to deal with it.

I did my best to remove the mold and part of effected insulation using one local mold remediation company as per their recommendation.
