you must not fall off and be deterred - if you're the type of person who's used to being on a diet and falling off - your chances of sticking it out during this prep period are low, but you can do it.just think of the alternative - working for the man - depending on your gov't to take care of you and yours....forget that - stick with it - YOU CAN DO IIIITTTT!

If they're running a drug cartel out of your beautiful Hermosa beach home or partying every night ... you have an obligation to provide the housing as you accepted the rent in advance.

I also didn't change the locks on one and put about $500 worth of fixtures in the house (still in the box) that were gone the next day, but the previous occupant had a drug habit, I bought the house from his dad. 

Real estate investing courses/gurus/experts come and go just like the weight loss and diet programs - most are worthless. 

That being said, I would be interested to hear what I should include in my BP daily diet?  

The drug trade will drive values into the ground.

A well set Policy Packet should be part of the Lease.. in language... per Policy Packet.As well as addendum for Crime Free / Drug Free,  Lead Addendum, Pet, Security Deposit Agreement, move in condition check in sheet. to mention a few. 

The house is boarded up and there are only 3 people who would break into an orphaned house; squatters, copper thieves, and drug addicts.
