I also plan to train a VA to find and communicate with contractors and/or handymen in the future, in other words make phone calls for me.But whatever you use a VA for, if it's repetitive computer work, here are some tips I learned from experience: I recommend that you do a few steps yourself and take a video of it while you're doing it using a screen capture program such as Simple Screen Recorder.

For people with good credit, probably about 85% of the time the Automated Underwriting System Desktop Underwriter (AUS / DU) results - for FHA and only FHA - say "no verification of rent required."

I know that's what I have done in the past and I know those in my market that enjoy that today. but its RELATIONSHIP... not computer TExt and phone.. eye ball to eye ball belly to belly. .buy your lender lunch etc.. to the extent they will give you that time.. create the relationship.
