I take the data(house numbers) and go back to the computer to look up on the county's website to find the owners name and mailing address.

By talking with people and getting out from behind the computer - or work with a broker that gets out from behind his/her computer.

Hopefully I will meet someone there who will be will into show me a few things in return for me adding value to them whatever that may be, such as a free intern, free tech support (in the last yea of getting a computer science degree) or just free labor worker for there properties.

I work in IT so I'm sitting in front of the computer all night and I know my hours may look crazy but I actually have nothing but down time form 7pm to 2am then I start all the work then.

@Timothy Horner it doesn't work on mobile, but it seemed to work on a desktop (Chrome, anyway). 

However I'm hoping for something that would be more professional looking and could be the "go to" reference for all employees regardless of how proficient they are with computers/google.

I know that's what I have done in the past and I know those in my market that enjoy that today. but its RELATIONSHIP... not computer TExt and phone.. eye ball to eye ball belly to belly. .buy your lender lunch etc.. to the extent they will give you that time.. create the relationship.
