You have to compliant with your real estate commission advertising rules.As far as websites usually if it is not a company paid for site you would own it.If you have a high ranking SEO site upon changing brokers you would simply delete their logo and add the new brokerages logo to be in compliance for advertising rules.This is not legal advice so check in your area.Be wary of brokers saying "everything is FREE".What they are really doing is incubating you where you are using their websites,business cards,etc.

JUST COPY PASTE THE street address, city, state4) Goto GOOGLE and type in the4A) "site:Loopnet.com" into the search engine, you will not delete this when doing this LOOPNET work around.4B) paste in the street address, city, state that you copied. 5) Google it, for example, it'll look like this "site:loopnet.com 46 Main Street, Conway, NH"6) in Google's search results, click on the link that takes you BACK to Loopnet ....

I have one of the collection agencies agreeing to a pay to delete but wont provide a letter or email to verify that so I am not so trusting that will happen.
