Granted there are a great deal of assumptions in the crystal ball is used to do the analysis.

Hey @Adam SchumacherOh man, without a crystal ball, I don't think anyone knows the answer to that question.

The buyers always want it lower, the seller wants it higher, and nobody has a perfect crystal ball as to what the market price will be in the future.Meanwhile, for just a lease option, there should be a no refundable cost for the option.

But I think right now the most important step is to get crystal clear on your goals and strategy so that way when you build a team, they'll know how to help you in your pursuit of these goals.

@Brent Zande I have no crystal ball to be sure and once burned is twice warned (or so the saying goes if I got it right). 

I don't have a crystal ball, but I think it's a really interesting question on a lot of people's minds.
