I live am a UK resident (but still a US citizen).The house is currently rented to a tenant that has lived there about 10 years now and I have no reason to immediately sell the house but that is the goal by the end of the year.My initial questions are regarding handling paperwork while I am still in the UK with regards to signatures, banking, etc.

Erie has a large immigrant population and so I'm assuming they'll be cool with receiving houseware stuff as well that's of little value but things that still shouldn't be thrown out as someone can use them.
