focus closer to city and stay away from the desert where no one wants land.We do 100% land, just stuff people want.

Only a mile from Sahara and Decatur so not a great neighborhood but close to two big bus routes for renters.

There might be good pictures, but land may be in extreme slope / inaccessible mountain or in desert in middle of no where; or geo-locations could be incorrect.b.

If you love fishing I wouldn't go to the desert, where as if you hate the rain might be a great place to be.Finally work on mindset.

I think its a great diversification.and of course there are big companies that buy high Desert tax sale dirt and resell on contract people been doing that a hundred years its no big secret or anything technical to do.the main difference is competition is less and you don't deal with tenants..

I'm currently looking into a cosmetic flip there, but just have some general questions about the high desert area.Looks like the property will need a fresh coat of paint exterior and interior, fencing on a 10,000sqft property, and siding/trim replacement, and concrete patio.Any advice or input is much appreciated!

I’m still in the process of finding my first house hack out in the high desert area.  

Sedona is the oasis in the desert :)As water becomes more of a desperate issue in the SW, Sedona will likely spike further in value, due to it's abundant supply.
