Chase Keller - I don't know if they finance outside of Cedar Rapids, but the commercial department at Guaranty Bank has been great to work with.

Here is my advice.1. a) Read Millionaire Real Estate Investor, b) Emyth revisited, c) Millionaire Real Estate Agent, and d) Shift, a, c. d are all Gary Keller of Keller Williams, b) is Michael Gerber.2.

At best, maybe they've read Keller's book, which is fine but hardly rigorous.

Worth,  Richland Hills,  Keller, Haltom City, Watauga,  and Saginaw.If you can, please let me know what you've paid,  in what areas, and the level of staging provided (one bedroom vs. all, one room vs. whole house,  only furniture vs. furniture plus decor).I'm trying to budget what I should pay for staging,  as I think it certainly help a buyer feel at home and can sell a home quicker.

in all states one must apprentice as a sales agent before becoming a broker that can then go out on their own.. it varies from 2 to 3 years.and there are plently of low cost brokers on the west coast.. that just charge a modest transaction fee.if you go to work for a big shop like keller or remax or Entero your going to pay quite a bit.. and yo should be bringing in commission income..
