Hello, Does anyone know a bank that would be interested in financing an apartment complex in Clinton Iowa?  I use some great banks here in Waterloo, but Clinton is 2.5 hours away and they aren't interested in that distance.  Anyone in Davenport or Quad Cities that has a good bank they use?

Try DeWitt Bank and Trust. They have worked with my family for decades and are 20 miles from Clinton.
