I signed a "No Tresspass" clause with the Village so they will have authority to arrest any tresspasser on this property.

I can sign a statement giving you permission to rob a bank, but you will still be arrested!

There is also a chance that if you visit Venezuela to see your property, that you would be arrested and charged with espionage.  

But this particular tenant had a criminal record a mile long, he had been arrested for stealing mail packages earlier in his life, he had been sued more than 5 times and evicted twice before.  

So a non-violent and non-sex-offense felony that happened long ago so that at least five years time has passed since release could be forgiven; but only if no other arrests happened.

Are you looking for a spreadsheet listing properties and whether or not they are on these lists:code violations, tax delinquent, 24 Hour arrest record, pre foreclosure, auction list, city liens, owner obituaries, etc ....this information would be listed all in one place. which means you would know if properties were actually worth pursuing depending on how many lists they are on.plus all of the relevant information needed for the property from each one of those lists could easily be added. plus skip trace information could be added for homeowner.basically i can systematically sift through all of these lists and see if there are matches for one property on multiple lists.
