I want to be a Real Estate investor, invest in stocks and/or forex.

I am a bond trader by trade, but have always been extremely interested in real estate investing.

@Cecile Poyet as an investor in anything, stocks bonds, forex, crypto currency, real estate.You will always be too early or too late.

Being a top producing agent is just a great gig, fun and profitable but can have some stress.. that buyer was a floor trader out of NY and paid cash.. so he was a little demanding on her.. but when I was in Charleston 2 weeks ago I wanted to drive by the house as I am quite proud of being the owner builder and they saw us and invited us in without an appointment. and are so proud of their new home.. those are the times that we pinch ourselves and say is this a great industry or what and is this a great country or what.. 

I am learning about options with a conservative, investor's approach (not a trader's approach) and I am making income with options.  

A third coworker is a stock trader that has went to classes to beat the market and is losing big time on oil.

Hey guys, I'm a 16 year old who is really interested in real estate, Forex trading and entrepreneurship in general.I have a question regarding real estate:When you buy a house either for rental or a fix and flip (assuming it's around 50-100k) you usually have a down payment of around 20% or less and get the rest as a mortgage.

So you either have to do them yourself, pay retail trade rates which will kill your cash flow, or have a partial repair person that is fixing your small complex but also working other small jobs and complexes to make ends meat.You really want a size where you can afford that full time repair person that knows every inch of that property and how to fix things and where to get the parts.

ForEx I expect 60% per annum, I prefer 5% compounding monthly.
