Yes not just for cash flow but for the health of the deal.

But truly wholesaling is a hard business and takes a lot of up front cash to get going before you get deal flow.

Apparently they take preferred interest in your company or have you sign a UCC cash flow agreement.

Are they going in all cash or financed?
