So, I originally was informed the bankruptcy cleared her of mortgage and the house was hers. 

I think she even blamed me for not coming to her rescue, since I was her partner.

Only space for a washer and dryer in my rental property is in a fairly large closet.  

She then took over the basement, locked us out of it,  and tried to claim it was hers, since she had a door from her unit that went into it!  

The tenant said it was her car insurance that paid.
