I think the answer in that scenario is boots on the ground.For me, I spend plenty of time volunteering and providing services to lower-grade neighborhoods.

Let the inspector tell you to do things, dont volunteer any info to them.

I know my agent is doing some marketing and has shared it with me, but I could request it be bumped up a bit and volunteer to help with it.

Also, volunteer to run the drum and let your stupid friend (find one) run the edger if you go that route.
